Consuela
With over 20 years of experience in the eldercare industry, Consuela leads our team with vision and compassion. Having grown up next door to her parents’RCFE, she has been involved in the industry in every capacity – from volunteering and caregiving to becoming an administrator and owning a placement agency to eventually owning and operating her own RCFE. Through RCFE Central, she has assisted countless facilities with a variety of services and products, and through RCFE Cal Ed, she has provided administrator re-certification courses. Consuela remains dedicated in her efforts to make a positive impact on the eldercare industry in California.
